As for finding free products in Google, it is easy, and works most of the time. What have you exactly tried by now?

As for your opinion regarding Ewen Chia’s attitude to his products – leaving products unprotected in particular. Will you, for example, go and buy his newest product, in case you have gotten all of his previous ones for free, because all of them are indexed in Google? Yes, you’d go and check his site (traffic), but would you buy the product (traffic conversion)? Or would not you rather go to some place (like this blog) and look for a way to get it for free, again? I do not know you, but i think you’d go for the second one – go and find the product for free, i’d do the same.

Traffic means and costs nothing if it does not convert!

I asked this question in the post, because i want people to understand that most of the digital products sold online are crap – in case they were not – their creators would protect them. I have said it before – websites selling mp3′s for 1$ have better protection. Let alone that here we are talking about products which do not have any protection at all – hence they have no real value.

Mostly they need to pump in time – to make yourself popular, to joint venture with other popular affiliates, etc.

The question you ask: So how can he earn millions when he did not protect his products and they can be download for free??? – has two answers.

1. People like Ewen Chia are internationally popular within their niche. They dominate the “make money online” niche, they have huge mail lists, and countless army of affiliates who too want to make money. There are a lot of people globally who want to learn how to make money online. And a small percentage of them know that they can actually get these people’s products for free. Every now and then a person decides that they are interested in how to make money from the internet (are you one of these people? ; ) and they start looking for information. Irrevokably their search is flooded with affiliate links to such products and since you are new to this, there is a huge possibility that you buy that, let’s say, 30$ product. That’s why people like Ewen Chia are so good at writing sales copy – if you are new to the scene and come across their sales pages, you will instantly feel compelled to buy.

2. The second answer to your question is that people would say anything to you just to get their greedy hands on your money – even that they are a millionaire (compelling sales copy again). There are a lot of people out there who’d claim that they make thousands per day with their new method which they try to sell to you, but the truth is that they are not making any money with this method. If there were some secret method which can make you so much money, would you share it with thousands of people? Not likely, because it means that you’d start earning far less if more people exploit it.
There are sales pages where they show you screenshots of their clickbank or adsense accounts, but do you know that most of the time people manipulate these screenshots and they are far from true?

You do not need more than a month of researching such products and would come to the conclusion that actually less than 1% of what is available on the internet as a paid digital product, is worth the money. Further – most of the products are compilations of previous products and techniques spread for free on forums and other communities related to IM.
