Many people had signed-up for it, i have not heard any feedback since then... that was back in autumn/winter 2008. I am not sure if they re-launched it last year and what happened to this concept at all. The basic idea of this course was to teach people buy really cheap traffic and thus promote cpa offers - which is known as arbitraging. This is what i remember from the report that they released. i will have a look around and see if someone's uploaded it to a third party hosting or something and will send you the report so that you get a better idea. the report itself was quite an inspiring read.
